Try the new Hi-Paloma
Thanks to Kira Fisher from Grape and Grain Exchange for the inspiration and help creating the latest addition to the Don Sueños Tequila cocktail library, the Hi-Paloma, a fresh new twist on the traditional Paloma.

1 1/2 oz Don Sueños Blanco Tequila
2 oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
1/2 to 1 oz Hibiscus Tea Syrup (depending on desired sweetness)
5 drops Rhubarb Bitters
1/4 Fresh lime
2 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Add all ingredients except the Peychauds into a shaker, and shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Float the Peychaud’s.
